We want you to be 100% happy with your Hommage X Collective piece.

That’s why you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it, no questions asked.

  • The 14-day legal right of withdrawal applies to all orders.
  • Please make sure the items are unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging so we can accept them back in perfect condition.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Send us a quick email at contact@hommagexcollective.com.
  2. We’ll provide you with all the return details.
  3. Send your package back – once we’ve received it, we’ll refund your payment to your original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
